Terms & Conditions of Service
at Mahmas Group.

1. Project Engagement & Advance Payment

All software and website projects commence upon mutual agreement of scope and receipt of an initial 50% project advance. The remaining 50% balance becomes payable upon delivery and client approval of the working demo.

2. Deliverables & Timelines

Standard business showcase websites are delivered within 3 to 5 business days upon receipt of complete text and photo content from the client. Custom billing software timelines vary based on unique counter hardware specifications.

3. Domain & Cloud Infrastructure Ownership

Domain names registered on behalf of clients remain 100% the intellectual property of the client. Clients are provided full administrative access or transfer keys upon request.

4. Client Approval & Revision Period

Before live domain deployment, clients are provided an interactive staging link. Unlimited text and photo adjustments within agreed project scope are accommodated free of charge prior to final sign-off.

5. Post-Launch Maintenance & Support

Initial 30 days of post-launch technical support is included with every new website. Ongoing monthly maintenance plans (starting at ₹1,500/month) cover regular cloud backups, price catalog updates, and speed optimization.

6. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

All commercial engagements are governed under the jurisdiction of West Champaran district courts, Bihar, India.
